When you fill in the LinkedIn lead form or our landing page, or such other online form as applicable, we may collect:

  • Name, job title, company
  • Contact details (preferred email address)
  • Any additional information you choose to provide, such as Country / Region

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your request or enquiry
  • To send you marketing communications and material about products and services available from Cirrus Group, both now and in the future
  • To analyse and improve the effectiveness of our advertising

  • Service providers (limited to LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company and/or such other service providers through whose platforms such campaigns or similar are managed and made public, as applicable).

Where we transfer your data outside Namibia, which shall only be done to the extent that such is strictly necessary, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

We retain your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above, normally up to 3 years from the last interaction, unless you unsubscribe or request deletion earlier.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cirrus Group, and each respective entity falling within Cirrus Group, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • unauthorised access to or use of our systems or your personal data by third parties; or
  • any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services,

except where such liability arises from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. We implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures, but no system is completely secure. In the unlikely event of a personal data breach, we will notify you (where required by law) and take appropriate steps to mitigate the impact.
