Resident PSCE grew by 4.3% in May ’26, just below the ’26 average of 4.4% and the ’25 average of 4.9%. Its growth was driven by both households and businesses, which were up by 4.2% and 4.4%, respectively. In real terms, despite inflation ticking up past 4%, both households and businesses retained real growth at 0.1% and 0.3%, respectively.
