Annual growth in resident Private Sector Credit Extension (PSCE) declined slightly to 4.1% in May ’25, down from 4.5% in Apr ’25, but higher than the 3.2% recorded in May ’24. The average y/y growth of resident PSCE for ’25 YTD stands at 4.3%, higher than the same period for the previous five years (’19 : 6.8%). On a monthly basis, resident PSCE increased by 0.6%, up from the 0.1% growth observed in the previous month.
