Annual growth in resident PSCE reached 3.4% at the end of Oct ’24, up from 3.0% at the end of Sep ’24. This marks the highest growth since Mar ’23. Adjusted for inflation, annual PSCE growth has finally re-entered positive territory after being negative for 46 consecutive months, dating back to Nov ’20. Real PSCE growth in Oct ’24 stands at 0.4%, up from -0.4% in the previous month.
