After new personal income tax brackets (effective 01 March 2024) were announced in the 2024/25 National Budget, the amendment of the Income Tax Act has been gazetted on 16 September 2024. The minimum taxable income has been raised from NAD50,000 per annum to NAD100,000 per annum, while any over-deductions of tax payments must be allocated to employees by the employer.
