Access Request:

On 16 Nov ’23 it was announced that the Government of the Republic of Namibia, the Namibia National Teachers Union (NANTU), and the Namibia Public Workers Union (NAPWU) concluded a collective agreement pertaining to a salary adjustment for FY ‘24/25. This salary adjustment takes effect from 01 Apr ’24. There is a flat increase of NAD600 per month for staff members on grades 15 and 14 (lowest grades) and a 5% increase on the basic salary of staff members from grades 13 – 01.
