Angola’s annual inflation accelerated to 12.12% in Jul ’23 from 11.25% in Jun ’23, but down from 21.41% in Jul ’22. This is the highest print since Jan ’23 (12.55%). Monthly inflation rose to 1.61% (Jun ’23: 1.41%). Once again, food and non-alcoholic beverages contributed the most to annual inflation (6.46%pts).
