Oryx Properties Ltd (ORY) successfully raised NAD312.9 million in its rights issue which closed on 14 Jul ’23. This was 82.4% of the amount the Company was looking to raise, seeing the Company issue 26,947,033 units on 26 Jul ’23. With support from the market, management can now actively chase its ’25 strategy to increase its asset base to NAD4.5 billion.
