Private sector credit extension growth slowed to 3.4% y/y in Jun ’22, from 4.5% in May ’22, but is still faster than any y/y print in ’21. Total claims on the resident sector increased by N$10.4 billion y/y to total N$115.9 billion, but decreased by N$718.5 million m/m (or -0.7%). Total claims on resident sector (businesses and individuals) increased to N$109.1 billion.
