Angola’s annual inflation declined for the fifth consecutive month to 22.96% in Jun ‘22. This is down from 24.42% in May ’22 and 25.32% in Jun ‘21. The Jun ‘22 inflation reading is the lowest since Jul ‘20 and is aided by the continual strengthening of the Kwanza. Monthly inflation slowed to 0.84%, the slowest m/m reading since Mar ’15.
