According to the Namibia Statistics Agency, the Namibian economy posted growth of 5.3% in Q1 ’22 – marking the fourth consecutive quarter of growth (a first since Q4 ’17 – Q3 ’18). This is also the first time in four years that growth was posted in Q1, meaning that the growth comes of an incredibly low base (still below Q1 ’15 levels in real terms).
