Moody’s downgraded Namibia’s sovereign credit rating to B1 with a stable outlook, having last downgraded Namibia on 04 Dec ’20 to Ba3 with a negative outlook. This takes Namibia’s long-term issuer and senior unsecured ratings from the ‘non-investment grade speculative’ bracket into the first notch of the ‘highly speculative’ bracket.
